Trade Center Development Corp. (TCDC) is pioneering a value-added investment strategy specifically designed to fund selected World Trade Center (WTC) buildings, World Trade Showcase Centers, global trade related facilities and WTC exhibition centers. A WTC is a globally recognized symbol of locally focused economic strength in world commerce. Anchored by a combination of tenants and visitors, a WTC is a hub for export activity.

The initial investments of TCDC will be used to purchase viable WTC licenses in selected countries, develop the Company's WTC projects in those countries and provide funding for the purchase and management of quality income-producing real estate assets to be used for WTCs. They will also be used to expand the exhibition and showcase centers of current strategically located WTCs and other related WTC operations.

WORLD TRADE SHOWCASE

One of the primary focuses of TCDC is the development of World Trade Showcase Inc. These facilities are designed for trade shows and permanent exhibitions so that manufacturers based any place in the world may showcase their products in virtually every region where there are World Trade Centers.

WTC exhibitions allow for 2-way trading, buy/sell, as well as specialized procurement shows. In many instances World Trade Showcase include trained personnel to represent the manufacturer and to act as interpreters and sales agents.
