TCDC TO ATTEND 38TH ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN NEW ORLEANS OCTOBER 21-24

The World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), a leading international, non-political, not-for-profit organization, will welcome delegates from around the world to its 38th annual General Assembly in New Orleans, La. October 21-24, 2007.  Business delegates attending the event will engage in an open dialogue to discuss opportunities and establish and maintain a mutually beneficial world trade environment.  Highlights of the four-day event include seminars, briefings, guest speakers, business networking and tours.

Hosted by the World Trade Center New Orleans in cooperation with WTCA headquarters, the General Assembly of the WTCA is the most important event on the Association’s calendar.  At this year’s General Assembly the WTCA is providing a Matchmaking Profile form for companies that would like to meet with delegates from other countries and with Louisiana firms while at the event to discuss opportunities in the industry-specific categories of construction/building materials/environmental, real estate development, agriculture/food/ seafood, and transportation/logistics. 

All TCDC Board Members will attend the meeting in New Orleans and will be seeking more relationships with WTCs from around the globe.
