World Trade Showcase Centers, Inc.

World Trade Showcase Centers, Inc., a Florida corporation formed in October 2005 and a wholly owned subsidiary of TCDC. This company will build Showcase Centers that are separate from World Trade Center buildings.

WTC-3G Corp

A subsidiary of TCDC and in many instances will act as the developer of the appropriate projects.

Penn's Northeast WTC, Inc.

Penn's Northeast WTC, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation formed in March 2006 and a wholly owned subsidiary of TCDC, will own and operate any projects pursuant to a Penn's Northeast WTC license.

World Trade Showcase Inc. (WTSI)

A separate company owned by Fred and Henrietta Frankel that will market to companies and organizations to create the market for participants in the showcase operations and will provide a tenant base for the buildings owned by TCDC. These will include specialized marketing programs, exhibit facilities, trade show participants, import/export activities, sales and distribution programs.

In order not to jeopardize TCDC's status as a REIT, WTSI will be involved as an operating company not directly involved in real estate and will be kept separate from TCDC and will provide $25 sq ft of additional income for TCDC. This will help create additional value for the buildings that have showroom facilities. This cannot be achieved if the rental income is coming from TCDC.
